This home is a 2-storey with an open concept design. The kitchen has dark cabinets and granite countertops. I love the deck off the kitchen. It makes it handy when you are preparing a meal on your barbecue outdoors. You just step out onto the deck and not have to go any further down any stairs. The one thing that I will really remember about his home is the unique shelving that was designed between the kitchen and the living area. It is made of wood and extends from the ceiling, right to the floor. I can’t really explain it you just have to go see it. The fireplace has nice tile all around it and there is a little nook with cupboards, against a wall near the kitchen. This is a good place for a laptop. I also really like the reading/seating area, with windows providing brightness, located at the top of the stairs. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in closet located in the bathroom area. Great home for a growing family!

I like the high counter top in the kitchen with the bar stools. This encourages unwinding over a nice bottle of wine and talking while dinner is being prepared.

Take special note of the sitting area at the top of the stairs. This is extremely adaptable to any use you may have.
