The Monticello is an exciting home, perfect for a young family. As you enter the home you are greeted by a formal dining room that has a nice big window overlooking the front yard. As we moved further in we were surprised by the well thought out open-plan living area with the HUGE built in entertainment unit that is separated from the kitchen by a cool “half wall”. Upon further inspection this wall had a neat series of shelves on the living room side and a wine bottle holder in the end. One of the most unique things about this home is the kitchen with a huge walk in panty that you can enter from both the garage and the kitchen. This is great for bringing groceries in from the car and dropping them right in the pantry.
With three large bedrooms upstairs, the master with an ensuite that anyone would die for and a large void overlooking the downstairs living area, this house feels bigger than it is. With a separate bathroom for the children upstairs and a huge walk in robe in the master bedroom this house ticks all the boxes for people with young kids.
