11 Wood Sage Crescent - Sage Creek

Builder: KDR Design Builders Inc
Selling Price: $470,306 Plus GST and Land
Type: Bungalow

11 Wood Sage Crescent – My dream bungalow!

My last home visit… and I found the house *I* would love to buy!

First look – a lovely etched glass front door and windows whose “starburst” design matches up across the door frame. Inside the hall, to the right, a similar etched glass wall which separates the entrance from the formal dining room. That area is roomy and a large front window gives it good light.

Walk to the back of the house to find the kitchen and living area. The living room is large and bright. It has floor to ceiling windows. Along the long wall is a good-looking gas fireplace set in a wide cultured stone column. To the left of that, there is an entertainment wall housed below a quarter arch. Together, the fireplace and entertainment centre make a very good looking feature wall.

The kitchen has dark maple cupboards, granite countertops and stainless appliances. I really liked the mosaic backsplashes and the island’s casual bar seating area. There is an informal eating area behind the kitchen and off that, a doorway leading to a screened porch. The porch could easily be converted into an all season room by replacing the screens with windows. Either way, it’s a very cozy area. Stairs down from the screened porch lead to a paved stone patio with Japanese style privacy walls. A few steps down from that area leads you to the back gate which opens out onto a public sidewalk and neighbourhood “feeder” road.

There are two side hallways in this home. The small back hallway leads you to the master bedroom. This bedroom’s windows face out towards the “zen” garden/patio area. The bedroom has a walk in closet with built in maple shelving and garment racks. The master bath has a double sink, plenty of cupboard space and a large mirror. There is a shower area (glass walls had not yet been installed with two shower heads… one fixed and one wand. There was a large soaker tub.

The second side hallway leads you to a second bedroom and second bathroom as well as the laundry area and garage entrance. The second bedroom is large and has a large closet with built in shelves. The bathroom has a tub surround and granite counter top. The laundry room makes good use of space. The washer and dryer are full sized but stacked. There is a sink in the laundry room and cupboard space. The garage is only a double but it is very roomy. The central vac’s canister is housed along the front wall of the garage. This will make it convenient to dump the “dust bunnies”.

The lower level of this home is fully finished. The slightly curved stairwell leads you into a large recreation area (on the left) which is the full length of the house and half as wide. At one end, a projection TV is mounted in the ceiling and a large screen is mounted on the wall. A wet bar is at the opposite end of the room along the side wall. There is plenty of room for a pool table if you wish. At the back of this long recreational area is a downstairs walkout with stairs leading up to the “zen” patio. Since this area is below ground level, I checked for drainage at the foot of the stairs. Not to worry… proper drainage is present.

Are you an exercise nut? There is a tiled area to the right of the stairs complete with LCD TV screen and mirrors so you can step onto your treadmill, elliptical trainer or whatever and get immersed in you favourite TV show.

The other half of the lower level has two large bedrooms with good sized closets. At the far end of the hallway is a large full bathroom.

Where is the utility room you ask? It is housed below the stairs in the middle of the lower level and it is what separates the bedrooms from the recreational area.

Personally, I liked this home so much that I bought a lottery ticket right after I left Sage Creek in the hope that I’d have enough money to come back the next day and buy it. It might not suit everyone, but it sure suited me! :)

43 Wood Sage Crescent - Sage Creek

Builder: Gino's Homes
Selling Price: $603,100 Plus GST and Land
Type: 2-Storey

43 Wood Sage Crescent – A luxury two storey residence.

As I walked up the driveway of this home, I thought, “This paved driveway is nicer than the flooring in my rec room.” I knew once I walked in the front door, I’d be in for a treat.

The entryway had a double door. One can be locked into place and opened as needed. I thought of the baby grand piano that I’d love to own. The hall was open to the second level. A large window above the doorway illuminated the area beautifully.

To the left was an etched glass wall which looked into the large formal dining area. The full length windows in that room added more light to the front of the house. The dark espresso maple columns on either side of the entryway complemented the cappuccino maple hardwood floors.

The large living area directly ahead featured an open ceiling and large floor to ceiling windows on two sides. On one side of the room a very impressive column of cultured stone (floor to ceiling) featured a pass through fireplace and an entertainment wall. To one side of the room, next to the hallway closet, was a media closet. Wiring for this entertainment wall was tucked away in here. Wiring included jacks to built in speakers around the entire house. Some speakers were wall mounted. Some were mounted flush into ceilings along with pot lighting.

On the other side of the pass through fireplace was the spectacular kitchen. It was done with espresso maple cabinetry with stainless appliances and fixtures with a bit of etched glass for good measure. The island was done in a differing wood finish, evidently to brighten the kitchen. I absolutely loved the mosaic backsplashes. Did I mention the large pantry with built in maple shelving? At the back of the kitchen, there was a small informal eating area.

Sliding maple doors separated the eating area from MY favourite room – an all season sunroom! The flooring was luscious – large, textured porcelain tiles! Floor to ceiling windows looked out to the lake. On one side, a door led to the very spacious outdoor deck. The sunroom and deck ran the full length of the back of the house. I’d say the length of the deck was only slightly longer than the sunroom. The deck was covered in some kind of outdoor vinyl which was comfortable to stand on.

And now to the upper level! The master bedroom and additional two bedrooms were separated from one another by a balcony “bridge”. Looking over one side of this bridge, you were admiring the living room. Looking over the other railing, you could check to see who was at the front door. The master bedroom was large. It had a walk-in closet. The master ensuite was lovely. There were two glass bowl sinks atop a quartz counter. There was a huge walk-in shower and a large jetted tub. The additional two bedrooms were a decent size and shared a full bathroom with tub surround shower/bath.

The lower level of this house had a walk out to the back yard off the lake. The rooms were spacious. Speakers and pot lights had been built into the ceiling. There was an additional (large) bedroom downstairs as well as a full bathroom. In addition, there was a room designated to be either a wine cellar or exercise room… your choice. Finally, this house boasted a three car garage, one a double door and the other a single door. I liked the fact that the garage had running water and high windows to get natural light into the area.

If you are looking for luxury, definitely go and look at this home. Regardless, put this home on your list of “must sees”. You will get many building and decorating ideas from it.

59 Wood Sage Crescent – Sage Creek

Builder: Artista Homes
Selling Price: $680,624 Plus GST and Land
Type: 2-Storey

59 Wood Sage Crescent – A modern double storey home “with the works”!

Luxury! If that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll find it in this house. The main level consists of the entrance hall, the living room, formal dining area, and kitchen. The colours used by the decorator are “white on white” with maple, gray and black accents. The entry hall has a gorgeous floor of linen ceramic tile. The rest of the main level has lovely bleached maple hardwood flooring. Several walls have been given a “patina” of bleached cement. This, in particular, accents the fireplace which is black and the dark maple cupboards of the kitchen. There is a deck off the kitchen which overlooks the lake at the back of the house. The dining room acts as a bridge between the living room and kitchen and has a balcony which overlooks the lower level recreation area. Windows run from that lower level all the way up to the ceiling of the main level. This allows plentiful light to illuminate all living areas of this house.

When you’re ready to head upstairs, you’ll notice the wine/liquor storage area behind double glass doors at the base of the stairs up. Honestly, with all the light streaming in from the windows and glass doors, you’d need to refrigerate that area in some way. If you can afford this house, however, you can afford to do that.

On the second level of this home, there is a bonus room above the double part of the three car garage and a deck over the single part of the garage. Although the bonus room is approximately 20’ by 20’, you lose a little of its usable space since it has a slanted ceiling It would probably make a great playroom or hobby room.

Climb three more stairs to get to the bedroom level. The master bedroom is large and overlooks the lake. Its walk-in closet has built in dark maple organizers. There is rack to hang regular length dresses and another to hang full length ones. There is also a row above row for shirts, pants, etc. The master bath has two sinks and a desk vanity for putting on make-up. There is a walk in shower complete with rain head and side jets. The large soaker tub also has whirlpool jets. The two other bedrooms share a large bathroom with a tub surround bath/shower.

The lower level of this house is a walk-out to the lake level. It is basically divided into two areas by a fireplace wall which opens into both areas. The decorators placed a pool table comfortably into one area (you could have fit two!) and used the central area (below dining room) as a lounging/entertainment area. It is from this lounging area that you have access to outside. Although the back yard has been sodded, the patio area has not yet been finished. Against the opposite wall, there is a wet bar and the decorator has shown by example that there is room for one (or more) tables and bar stools at this end of the room.

There is a large bedroom downstairs and also a full bath. The storage/utility area is quite large and they have set up wiring for a sound system which does (and could continue to) run a sound system around the house.

Did I mention the three car garage? It is actually oversized. The single stall could easily fit a large van. The double stall has a lot of room at the front and sides. I literally drooled at all the space. I imagined my station wagon, bike trailer and two motorcycles along with all tools and outdoor furniture all stored with OODLES of space left over.

As I said right from the beginning, this is definitely a luxury home. The modern architecture won’t be for everyone, but this house is a definite “must see”.

366 Sage Creek Boulevard – Sage Creek

Builder: Qualico Homes
Selling Price: $244,750 Plus GST and Land
Type: 2-Storey

366 Sage Creek Boulevard – A two storey home which is an attractive alternative to condominium living.

Am I in San Francisco? There is a “San Fran” look to the traditionally styled homes along this section of Sage Creek Boulevard. Stone stairways lead you to two storey homes with front porches and a maintenance free front yards (all loose rock). This particular house has a lovely bay shaped extrusion (living room) and a small to medium sized porch.

Inside, the living room features a lovely gas fireplace with maple mantle with room on that mantle for a LCD screen as large as you would like. On either side of the fireplace are deep shelves, complete with hidden wiring to the mantle/TV area. The flooring throughout the main floor is a “distressed” look laminate which is quite attractive.

The dining room and kitchen are at the back of the house. The dining room is bright and spacious. It has a large window which looks out to the patio area and double car detached garage. The kitchen has solid maple cupboards and an island. There is a handy built in desk near the back door which could be used as a computer workspace. The two piece lavatory is at the back door.

The master bedroom is above the living room and therefore has the same bay shape. The windows are large and allow plenty of natural light into the room. There is a walk in closet and the three piece master ensuite has a walk-in shower with seat. The other two bedrooms are a medium size and overlook the back yard.

The basement is unfinished but the plumbing has been roughed in.

I could really see myself, a single person, living very comfortably in this home. It makes good use of floor space and the rooms are all warm and cozy. The layout is perfect for entertaining. The maintenance free yard (front is completely loose rock, back has a small deck and extended stone patio with only a patch of grass) would be welcome for anyone who likes to lock the door and go on holiday. If you’re single, empty nesters, newly married, this would be an excellent home to park your slippers at.

300 Sage Creek Boulevard - Sage Creek

Builder: Randall Homes
Selling Price: $271,150 Plus GST and Land
Type: 2-Storey

300 Sage Creek Boulevard – A two storey home on the “San Francisco” strip.

Walk up to this lovely homes maintenance free front yard (loose stone). It has a small front porch that leads you into this inviting home. The great room makes use of a bay extrusion with floor length windows to bring plenty of light into the room. The room’s highlight is a corner fireplace made of cultured stone with a maple mantle.

A large screen LCD fits nicely onto the mantle. The dining area at the very back of the house also has a bay extrusion and full length windows. It overlooks the back yard which has a lovely large deck, a few stairs down to a paved stone patio, and a small amount of grass.

The kitchen is well laid out with the double sink on the kitchen’s island and a pantry in the corner. The appliances are all stainless steel. The cupboards are “driftwood” stained maple. The ceramic backsplash with a decorative strip of metallic mosaic tiles is functional as well as pretty.

Tucked into the expanded “U” stairwell is a built in desk which would be great as a computer/work area.

Three steps down from the eating area/kitchen is a generously sized back hallway which leads you out to that lovely deck and the detached double car garage. The lavatory is also situated off this back hallway.

The master bedroom is large and has a generous walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The additional two bedrooms look out over the back yard. I’d use one of these two rooms as a hobby/draft room. A nice feature is the upstairs laundry room… no need to cart your clothes and linens down to a lower level!

Although the basement is not finished, you can see great potential for the space.

This would be a lovely home for those wishing to have a basically maintenance free home with gorgeous entertainment areas (living room, eating area, deck, patio)!

69 Blue Sun Drive – Sage Creek

Builder: Foxridge Homes
Selling Price: $374,341 Plus GST and Land
Type: 2-Storey

69 Blue Sun Drive – A two storey family dwelling with some interesting “extras”.

As you walk up to 69 Blue Sun Drive’s entrance, you immediately notice
the lovely glass panel door, side panes and above door window using
beveled transparent and translucent glass. That glass allows the
interior entranceway to be bright and cheerful.

The formal dining room and living room are separated by the stairs
leading upstairs. Behind the stairway is a wet bar which opens into
both rooms. There is ample space for your glasses and liquor and it
includes a wine fridge.

The living room has an extra high ceiling with two tiers of large
windows. The stone and espresso maple fireplace with built-in
entertainment system is the highlight of the room. The room is
dramatic yet still has a cozy feel.

The kitchen cupboards are made of (espresso) maple and some drawers
and cupboards in its island are made of stainless to match the
appliances. The countertops are granite. The sink is extra large and
extra deep. The oven is built into the wall with the microwave above
it. The glass stovetop’s range hood is hidden behind a lovely dark
maple arch.

Upstairs, the large master bathroom has two large walk-in closets, one
directly off the bedroom and one within the master ensuite. The
ensuite is very spacious. There is a walk-in shower and a large soaker
tub. The toilet is separated from the rest of the area with a sliding
door for privacy.

The two additional upstairs bedrooms have a jack and jill (shared)
bathroom. Hidden behind double doors in the upstairs hallway is the
laundry room, convenient for clothes and most linens.

Although the basement of this home is not finished, it has been framed in.

This would be a lovely home for those who like to entertain!

10 Blue Sun Drive - Sage Creek

Builder: Kensington Homes
Selling Price: $339,900 Plus GST and Land
Type: 2-Storey

10 Blue Sun Drive – A lovely 3 bedroom family home.

The first thing I noticed about this home was the cute front porch. Although not large, it would still allow you to sit outside and chat to your neighbours as they walked by. On the other side of the bay window that looks out over the porch, you’ll find the formal dining room. It is a good size and has an alcove to fit your sideboard or china cabinet.

The great room at the back of the house impresses. Two storeys high, with a lovely fireplace, it still had a wonderful “warm and cozy” feeling to it. Perhaps it was the rich mixture of dark stained woods mixed with light coloured walls… perhaps it was the two levels of windows letting lots of light into the area… whichever… I loved being in this room.

Beside the great room is the kitchen. Decorated with white cupboards and dark countertops, it made use of stainless steel appliances. Its island houses the double sink with an extended top to allow use as bar for the great room. There was also an informal eating area to the back of the kitchen which opened out to a partly covered deck.

One thing I really liked about the main floor of this home was the organization of the back hallway leading from the generously sized garage. Into this corner of the house, the builders have nicely “tucked in” the main floor powder room, the front and garage entry coat closets (which end up being side by side creating less confusion for the home owners when looking for the right outerwear), a main floor laundry room (which smartly includes a sink between the washer and dryer), and an entry to the pantry (which “walks-through” to the kitchen).

Upstairs, I was immediately taken by the lovely circular balcony which overlooks the great room. Additionally, the builders have designed a loft with a built in double desk. This area could be cheerfully used as your computing area, as your sitting area, or in my case as that art area I always look for!

The master bedroom was large and in this version of the house plan, the builders outfitted it with the deluxe bathroom ensuite. Two areas could be separated by two sliding doors. In the back was the toilet and walk in shower, complete with bench. In the front, closest to the bedroom was the jet tub and sink.

The two other bedrooms were a good size and shared the second bathroom. I liked the large upstairs linen closet.

The basement level of this home was not finished.

I really liked this home. It gave me a “when can I move in” type of feeling!

127 Marine Drive - Van Hull Estates

Builder: Southwynn Homes
Selling Price: $635,127 plus GST and Land
Type: Bungalow

127 Marine Drive – A family bungalow with a bonus loft room. Perfect for a single person, couple or smaller family, this house has “pizzazz”!

The moment you walk into this home, it impresses. The entrance hallway has a ceramic tile floor with a glass mosaic design inserted into the grout. Look up! The modern chandelier is placed inside a large, circular, dark-stained maple housing which was custom crafted for this home. In front of you, a contemporary staircase with a custom metal base, Lapacho hardwood treads, a glass (shatterproof) balustrade, and stainless steel railing.

To the right of the entranceway is the large living/dining area with a 14 foot, barreled ceiling. The front window reaches from a foot off the floor to the ceiling and its top matches the arch of the barreled ceiling. The floor is of Lapacho hardwood, a very rich-looking and durable hardwood. The long wall of the room is a cantilever wall. This allows special features to be spaced along the wall. In the dining area, there is an alcove for china cabinet or sideboard. In the living room, there is a unique, circular, built-in gas fireplace which is highlighted by a maple “mantle”. The unusual maple mantle leads to a “flat” cupboard door which hides several (deep) shelves in which you will place your PVR, sound system, etc. Wiring is hidden. Every attachment you will desire (HDMI, cable, audio, etc) leads from the back of this cupboard, behind the wall, to the back of your flat screen display on the right.

The Lapacho hardwood spreads into the kitchen area, behind the dining room wall. The kitchen cupboards are a mix of maple and zebra wood. The zebra wood (which like the animal has beautiful striping) acts as a highlight to the maple and the combination is quite stunning. There are sinks on both sides of this area… the one on the right is the kitchen sink, the one of the left is part of the bar area. The bar’s cupboards have glass “feature” panels and an arch of maple above the mosaic tile backsplash. Besides an abundance of cupboard space, there is a pantry tucked into the corner. All appliances are stainless steel and the stainless gas grill is situated on the kitchen island. The outside of the maple island has a raised countertop and with tall barstools, it creates an informal eating area. To the rear of the house, there is a sitting area with large windows on two walls. A door leads to the back yard.

The master bedroom is situated at the rear of the house. Windows on either side of the headboard plus a delightful arched (and etched!) window above the room’s doors provide a light, airy atmosphere. The walk-in closet is large. The bathroom ensuite is luxurious. There is a large jetted tub as well as a walk-in shower complete with seat. Textured, translucent windows in the bathroom provide lots of light.

A second bedroom is down a separate hallway which also leads to the garage and laundry room. The bedroom is a very good side and has a large closet. The bedroom (and other rooms along this hallway) also has the same delightful arched window above its entrance. The bathroom features a tub surround. The laundry room saves space by building the full-sized front load washer and dryer up and down. This room also has a sink and storage space.

The loft is considered a bonus space by the builder. It allows a larger family to reside in this gorgeous home. It has a large cupboard and its own full bathroom. What I liked about it was the abundance of natural light streaming into the room. It has a large front window and several high windows along the side wall. There are also two large etched glass windows towards the stairwell whose “swirl” match the swirl of those above-door windows of the bedrooms. Personally, I would use this room as my painting and craft lair.

The construction of the basement was not completed at the time of my visit therefore I was unable to see it. However, from the builder I found out that there will be one large recreation area completed and a couple of bedrooms framed out. The garage could not be accessed either. Evidently it is a 22’ x 22’ double garage. It has a side street entrance (the house is on a corner lot) and has two windows facing the front street so that it blends in better with the house.

I think this house was lovely and I would classify it as a “must see”!

18 Yacht's Cove - Van Hull Estates

Builder: Albers Builders LTD.
Selling Price: $540,000 plus GST and Land
Type: 2-Storey

18 Yacht’s Cove – A 2-storey family home with “presence”.

You only have to walk into this fabulous home to notice the care taken with detail. The front hallway is absolutely beautiful. Walls are paneled in a cappuccino maple. The floor is an elongated checkerboard of ceramic tile. The double doors of the coat closet on the right are made of gumwood, a marvelously patterned wood. The double doors leading to the formal dining room on the left are made of glass with horizontal strips of the dark maple wood running across them. Did I mention that the ceiling rises to the second storey? All these things tell you that further exploration of the house will be a treat.

The generous size of the dining room allows ample room for a large dining room table. There is a built in alcove for your china cabinet. The floors are made of a Brazilian cherry hardwood that is luscious. The front window is large and illuminates the area wonderfully.

The cherry hardwood floor spreads out to the kitchen and informal dining area towards the back of the house. The kitchen cabinets are the same cappuccino maple as in the front hallway. Most reach the ceiling, preventing those “hard to clean” areas. The cupboard hardware is made of stainless steel, matching the stainless steel appliances. Some of the cupboard doors are solid panels and some have translucent glass panels. The variety is very pleasing to the eye. The kitchen has a large island which houses the sink and a raised eating bar. The island’s front is decorated with slate; its countertop is made of a complementing granite. The sills of the floor to ceiling windows as well as the other kitchen surfaces are also covered with the same granite. Lovely!

The living room is large. The Brazilian cherry floor continues into this area. In one corner is a gorgeous limestone fireplace. Beside that, room for your large flat panel TV, complete with built in cable, HDMI and sound jacks. There is a wall of floor to ceiling windows which look out to the deck (yet to be built) and back yard. The ceiling is nine feet, giving you that feeling of “extra breathing” room.

The stairs located in the centre of the home lead up to what might become your favourite room – the media room. This room has a 10 foot ceiling and features a large “brow” window. At both ends of the rooms, there are built-in cupboards made of the eye-appealing gumwood. One of the ends is the entertainment centre. The flat panel screen is emphasized (and protected from ambient light) by vertical “louvers”. This room is isolated from the upstairs bedrooms by a balcony overlooking the entranceway and an additional three stairs up.

There are three bedrooms upstairs. Double gumwood doors with panels of translucent glass lead you into the large master suite. The headboard of the master bed sits in an arched alcove sporting “knick-knack” shelving on both sides. A large window (and those translucent doors!) allow a lot of natural light into the room. The walk-in closet is very large. The master ensuite is great! There are “his and hers” sinks, a water-jet double tub, and a large walk-in shower.

Notable in this bathroom are the matching stone floor and back splashes throughout. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are large and their ample closets have built-in closet organizers.

The basement of this house features a large recreation area. This area features a fantastic circular bar made with maple wood, stone and granite with built-in sink and space left for a wine fridge. The abundant, high windows have slanted sills which allow light to stream easily into the room. For those with a large family, you will find another large bedroom and a complete bathroom (walk-in shower) on this level.

Other notable features of this home include a main floor laundry room complete with sink and built in storage space as well as an insulated double garage having high windows and 3 feet of extra space on the front and sides of the structure (perfect for shelving, storage, and/or a work area).

Bottom line: this home is wonderful – a “must see”!

2 Blue Sun Drive - Sage Creek

Builder: Broadview Homes
Selling price: $278,077 plus GST and Land
Type: Bungalow

2 Blue Sun Drive - A small bungalow which would be perfect for a single person or couple.

On one side of the centre wall is the living area. The gas fireplace separates the Living Room from the Dining room and is open to both. Nice! The floors are a dark, rich laminate. The kitchen’s stovetop has a dazzling blue mosaic backsplash and a stainless steel hood. The kitchen’s island is multi-functional. On one side is the sink. On the other is a raised glass, casual eating bar and stools.

On the other side of the centre wall are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is at the back of the house and is a good size. It has a walk-in closet and full bathroom (shower). If I owned this house, I’d use the front bedroom as a crafts room and the centre bedroom as a guest room. The main bathroom is across the hall and is easily accessible to the living area.

The lower living area is a real bonus. The rec room is large and has a bar nicely situated at one end. The downstairs bedroom is almost as large as the master one and has a walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom downstairs. The utility/storage room is large. Plugs are conveniently placed for all utilities including plugs for a downstairs freezer.

6 Blue Sun Drive – Sage Creek

Builder: Qualico Homes
Selling price: $323,233 plus GST and land
Type: 2-Storey

6 Blue Sun Drive – A two storey home with three bedrooms suitable for a family of up to
four people.

This house has a small front porch with a large window that provides light for a lovely
room just off the entrance hallway. The builders have used a “bay” shaped wall with
pass-through openings on each side of the room’s doorway. The result: a beautiful room
which can be used as a formal dining room or as an office/library.

On the other side of the main entrance is the entrance from the generously sized two car
garage. The extra two or three feet on each side of the double door gives room for shelves
or a workbench. The laundry area is just inside this entrance. An entrance to the kitchen’s
pantry is beside the laundry area. What a great idea! From the garage, you can enter the
house and immediately put your groceries away in the pantry. A half bath is also tucked
into this area.

The kitchen is very functional. There are stainless steel appliances, well placed for
an organized kitchen. A centre island houses the sink and a raised eating bar. The
Caesarstone countertops are lovely. The stovetop has a brown glass mosaic backsplash.
Beyond the kitchen is a dining area with double garden doors leading out to a deck.

The highlight of the main level is the double storey ceiling in the living area. This
room has a built in entertainment centre complete with gas fireplace. The room’s large
windows face west. It would be a lovely place to relax and enjoy a prairie sunset.

Upstairs are three bedrooms. The large master bedroom is at the back of the house, facing
west. It has a large walk-in closet and a deluxe ensuite bathroom which includes a soaker
tub and separate shower. The storage space in the bathroom cupboards is extremely
generous. The other two bedrooms are a good size and face the rising sun. As you walk
down the U-shaped staircase, you have a spectacular view out the double storey windows
of the living area.

Although the basement is not finished, the walls have been framed and a bathroom has
been roughed in.
