I love the reading area at the front of the house in this home. You can fit two chairs and a side table, possibly laptop on another table in the room. It is a nice quiet place for someone to use when they want that time to themselves. There is an open kitchen with a dinette. There is also a big island with quartz countertops. I love the floating shelves above the stove top! The fireplace in the living area has what looks like sheets of stained glass. I also liked the way the jetted tub and shower are separate from the toilet area. The garage door enters into the laundry area which has great cabinets and closet area for jackets etc. The basement is very nice with a wet bar and a stained glass backsplash. You can also pull up some stools at the bar area. The basement is a walk-out and therefore there is plenty of light shining through to create another pleasant living area for teenagers. A must see!

Wow, bright! This is the first thing I thought when entering this home. It is refreshing to see light coloured walls everywhere. There are some white walls but also light taupe colours on the doors, baseboards, and other walls. This home is very spacious and very open in design.
I love the white cupboards in the kitchen with a few light coloured maple cabinets just for a little contrast. There is a two-sided fireplace between the living area and the four season sunroom. What a great place to escape in the winter and get plenty of light from all the windows and warmth from the fireplace.
The master bedroom in this bungalow is huge with an ensuite with heated floors, which feels so good! There is also a big shower stall with three small windows for extra light. I love the his and her walk-ins closets with the wooden shelves. I prefer the wood instead of the white wire ones you typically see in homes.
The basement is not done in this home but I know that there are 9ft ceilings which will make the finished basement seem that much more bigger upon completion. The staircase going down to the basement has glass on it and provides openness going down the stairs.
You need to go see this home today!

This home is a 2-storey with an open concept design. The kitchen has dark cabinets and granite countertops. I love the deck off the kitchen. It makes it handy when you are preparing a meal on your barbecue outdoors. You just step out onto the deck and not have to go any further down any stairs. The one thing that I will really remember about his home is the unique shelving that was designed between the kitchen and the living area. It is made of wood and extends from the ceiling, right to the floor. I can’t really explain it you just have to go see it. The fireplace has nice tile all around it and there is a little nook with cupboards, against a wall near the kitchen. This is a good place for a laptop. I also really like the reading/seating area, with windows providing brightness, located at the top of the stairs. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in closet located in the bathroom area. Great home for a growing family!

I like the way the builder carried over the same tiles throughout the house. The stone backsplash in the kitchen is the same as is on the fireplace. It is called fiddlesticks and is really different than I have seen. The laundry room floor has a similar look to the stone in the kitchen and fireplace. It is great because it is multicoloured and the dirt would be hardly noticeable.
I loved the dark colours of the cupboards in the kitchen which was similar in darkness to the hardwood floors throughout the dining and living areas. This home feels very cozy and intimate to me. I think because it is not overly spacious. It is a two-storey home with three bedrooms on the second level. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room. I love the fact that the island accommodates enough chairs around it for an average size family to eat their meals at. There is no need for a kitchen dinette, but instead, a dining table and chairs. This eliminates the need for the traditional dining room.
The powder room is close to the garage door which is great because your family can use the powder room (main bathroom) when you are busy outside doing yard work, and not have to go through the house with dirty shoes to get to it. I like the fact that the laundry room is next to the kitchen so that you can still mulit-task, (like most of us women do, sorry men!) and put a load of laundry in, while preparing a meal for your family.
The T.V. unit is a dark coloured wood with an alcove that is big enough to accommodate a variety of sizes of televisions. I like that the builder has thought about this. I remember building my home and being stuck with an alcove that is just too small and now I can not purchase a T.V. that is bigger than 30 inches wide.
There are hardwoods throughout the main floor and carpeting on the second level. I noticed that the backsplash in the kitchen is the same one used in the bathroom upstairs. I also loved the window in the walk-in closet for some added light. The walk-in closet is in the bathroom area which also has two sinks and a shower. My favourite thing about this home is the patio off the master bedroom. This can be used for those times when you wake up on a beautiful summer morning and just want to enjoy the sun, sip on your cup of coffee, and relax!

This 2400 sq. ft. Bungalow, (with a loft), has plenty of space for a growing family. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the neat design etched into the ceramic tile floor in the front entrance. I thought it was a great alternative than a carpeted area rug which I would have placed there. It is like having a built in area rug! The home is quite open and bright with a fireplace on the wall between the living area and the dining area. The kitchen has a huge island which has chairs all around it for sitting and enjoying a meal. This is in place of a table and chairs typically seen in most homes. I truly like this idea because if you already have a formal dining room you only need one other place to eat for those nights when its just you and your family. The island in this home is the place for that. The counters in the kitchen are made of ceaser stone which are beautiful, and there is a wet bar in this area for entertaining and pouring refreshments!
The one really nice thing I liked was that the master bedroom is right off the kitchen. If you have to get up in the middle of the night to get a drink or a bottle for your baby, you are not too far away. The ensuite has a shower, jetted tub and two sinks so that you do not have to share a sink on those busy mornings when you are in a rush and don’t have time for your partner to wash up first! A spacious walk in closet, is also included.
The garage door steps right into the laundry room/mudroom which is great because it often gets quite muddy/messy in those areas, so guests will not be able to see this hidden area.
There is one unique feature I noticed above all the doors and windows and that is the cool vinyl designs. It adds such intricate detail to the home and makes it that much more memorable to me. The other really nice feature I noticed in this home is a loft area up a few stairs. This can be used as a master bedroom or a guest room. It is seperate from the rest of the house which is ideal for guests.
This builder also provides a door from the basement straight out to the garage. What a great idea to have an alternative exit!
This home is a must see!

The front of the house was very architecturally pleasing to the eye.
It looked like the builder put a lot of effort and detail into making
this house stand out from the rest of the homes on the street.
When entering the house the first thing I noticed was the light
colours on the walls which I thought made the house very fresh, and
brighter than typically seen.
The main things I loved about this house was the walk -in front closet
to store your own coats and jackets as well as the guests. I know that
my front closet (which I find too small) typically gets used for my
families own coats and jackets, and when guests arrive I find myself
using my son’s bed to keep their outdoor garments on. The home was
lovely with an open concept kitchen and living area. As you approach
the staircase to go to the second level I immediately noticed the
wideness of the stairs which I personally love. How often have you
gone up a set of stairs when, at the same time, someone else is coming
down, and you have to move your body sideways, just to get by them!
The loft upstairs was also very appealing to someone like me, who has
a child that needs a space to do homework, or projects on the
computer, away from busy kitchens and living area.
The laundry room was also one of my favourites because it is on the
second floor hidden away from guests. Laundry rooms can become quite
messy so I think it is a great idea to put it on the second floor. It
is also closer to hampers which are usually located in the bedrooms,
so you don’t have to go far to put a load of laundry in!
This is a great home to see if you are looking for a two-storey home
with lots of space for a family with children.

This home sets itself apart from the other homes on the street because of the shape of the exterior. It looks very modern. When entering the home you will notice the high ceiling which is 14 feet high. It makes the house look even more grand than it is.
The kitchen/living area is my favourite part of the house because it has a red caeser stone countertop against grey cabinets. Now that’s different! Then there is a wet bar across from the kitchen, against a wall, with the same countertop and cabinet colour. The punch of red in the kitchen and throughout the house, (ie: red ottoman, vases, etc), makes it very appealing to me because I love red! This house has an open concept so it looks very spacious, but the amount of windows in the home really brightens up the space making it seem even bigger. There are 79 windows throughout this house so if you like bright, this is the home for you! (I did not count the windows, the agent gave me this info!)
This home also has a four seasons sunroom with a fireplace. The fireplace is two-sided and spills into the family room which is next to the dining room. I love the idea of the two-sided fireplace because it makes it useful in more than one area and if you love to keep warm in the winter this is good!
Other things I liked about this home was the huge walk-in closet. Everyone needs a good storage area like this for wardrobe and shoes etc. It makes your daily life more easier when everything is organized. I also liked the cute chandeliers in the ensuite. Little things like this really add a nice touch to the décor of the home. The ensuite also included two sinks for a couple to be able to get ready in the morning together, without having to wait to use the sink for washing up.
In summary, I would definitely encourage people to go see this home because of its small but unique features.

This home is a great home for entertaining and has many unique features.
I love the big entranceway. To the left there are stairs to go right to the basement. I love the fact that people (namely children) will not have to trudge through the house to get to the basement to play. The dining room is to the left and is kept away from the rest of the house. I love this because I like to entertain but often find that in an open plan, everyone can see the messy kitchen area and sink full of dirty dishes. The dining area is also very spacious and the possibilities of expanding your table to accommodate more guests is endless. I really like the unique look of the hardwoods throughout the house, which are greyish in colour.
As you walk through the house, there is a kitchen on the left which is open to the living area on the right, and a nice balcony, from the kitchen, overlooking the lake. To the right of the kitchen is a big bar area without the sink. It can be used to store special martini glasses maybe, and mix drinks for your guests rather than using the kitchen counters. It was a nice touch which I have never seen before. The cabinets throughtout this house are a nice grey colour.
Just past this area is the hallway to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a clear bowl for a sink, which is very modern looking, as well as a shower and jetted tub.
The basement is huge with a wet bar area which includes a wine fridge. What a great idea to have the floating shelves above the counter with lights under each, to provide enough light to create a nice ambiance for an evening with friends and family. The T.V. unit was simple in design, which I love. The really neat thing I saw in this house was the way the builders created a wooden shelving unit to hide the steel posts in our basements that we so want to hide when building a basement. What a great idea!
